Do you have a collection of awe moments? Research shows that awe experiences trigger a release of stress reducing hormones in our brains. Make a list of your awe moments and post them in a visible place.

    One of the first things I think of is watching my kids sleep. It always causes me a feeling of awe that these amazing little people were entrusted to my care.
