After deciding on your 30-Day Challenge, evaluate how you can make the time and space for your new habit. Is your goal obtainable? If not, adapt it by cutting it in half. Consider how you can pace yourself. To ensure success, make yourself accountable to your goal by posting reminders, and making a daily or weekly progress report to someone.
