TED Talk: If the Plane Was Going Down

When the pilot of Flight 1549 announced that they were making an emergency landing, passenger Ric Elias was certain he was going to die. Below is his brief and thought-provoking TED Talk about his face-to-face confrontation with death before his plane miraculous and safely landed in the Hudson River.

At the end of his talk he challenges everyone in the audience to ask themselves: If your plane was going down, what would you learn? What would you change if given a second chance?
