TEDTalk: “The Power of Vulnerability”

Brené Brown’s funny and deeply enlightening TEDTalk entitled “The Power of Vulnerability” summarizes everything I have been attempting to unravel in the past two years of Flying Not Screaming essays.  After posting Brown’s talk, I could very well close up shop, but I won’t.  Although Brown touches the sore spot in everyone, there are quite a few more steps involved to figure out how to best heal the wound. Don’t skip this wonderfully positive, funny, and heart-expanding talk about the role shame and vulnerability play in our daily lives.

Below is Brown’s second TEDTalk called “Listening to Shame,” which continues the conversation.
